Lorraine Kopczynski, President & C.E.O. of Pioneer Center for Human Services and Jack L. Nichols, Former Executive Director of PADS (Public Action to Deliver Shelter) announced that the two organizations have merged their operations. Ms. Kopczynski noted that “…these two strong nonprofit organizations are highly respected in the community. This should be a seamless coming together of administrative duties to reduce expenses for PADS.” Pioneer will provide the administrative and program support functions as part of the merger benefits. Lorraine Kopczynski, will also rein over the PADS program as President & CEO.

Contributors will see no difference in the way their donations are used; in fact, more money will be available to accomplish the work done by PADS because of administrative economy. “Contributors can expect that donations will stretch farther to achieve greater impact as a result of the merger”, said Kopczynski. All donations to PADS will be restricted to PADS programming.
